Variable Pay Advance Offered 

News agency PTI quoted sources as saying that in addition to this, Reliance will also pay to advance 30 per cent of the variable pay of next year to more than one lakh employees. That is, if an employee wants, he will get 30 percent advance of next year’s variable pay.

Reliance has taken this decision for the betterment of employees working hard and in extra hours even during the Corona era. However, it is a matter to note that the salary of those with salary above 15 lakhs per annum was reduced.

Salary was cut in April
