Chinese App banned under Section 69A of Technology Act

The Ministry of Technology had decided to ban 59 apps, including tick-talk, under Section 69A of the Information Technology Act, as these apps were a threat to India’s sovereignty and integrity, defense of India, security of the state and public order.
