The JEE exam was first schedule to be in April.But to be postpone due to lockdown due to corona virus. Now this exam is going to be from September 1, 2020 to September 06, 2020. At the same time, NEET exam has postponed twice. Earlier this exam was to held on May 3, 2020. However, it had to be postpone due to the nationwide lockdown. After this, the next date set as 25 July 2020. But it postponed again due to Corona’s growing infection and opposition from candidates and their parents. Now this exam is going to held on 13 September 2020. Students are demanding cancellation of these exams due to Corona virus epidemic . A petition was filed against it in the Supreme Court. However, the court cleared the plea and conducted the examination.

He said that the examinations will conducted keeping in mind all epidemic norms. In view of the Corona crisis, social distancing will be followed. All arrangements have made to clean the examination centers before and after the conduct of examinations. New masks and gloves provided to the staff as per the guidelines.

The screening of all staff members and candidates will be done through thermal screening. If the temperature of any employee and candidate is seen above the normal temperature, he will take the exam in a separate room.Every candidate has to show ‘self-declaration certificate’, which should be written, there is no symptom of corona virus inside them. Also, he has not come in contact with any corona positive person. If a candidate violates the guidelines, admission will be refused in the examination center. While entering the examination center, candidates will be seated at least 6 feet from each other. With this, the process of moving around the class of examiners will be kept to a minimum. Water will not be provided by the center in the examination center. Candidates must bring a personal water bottle.
