The Rajasthan government had asked the parents not to get fees from the schools during the bandh during the corona.

Through these three petitions, the private schools had challenged the order of the state government for the suspension of fees on 9 April and 7 July. Due to these orders of the state government, private schools were unable to collect fees.

The government extended this period until the school reopened on 9 July.
